Warranty and Returns
Steamfast Australia proudly stand behind our products with a 2 Year Replacement Warranty to the original owner against material and workmanship defects, from the date of purchase.
The Steamfast 2-Year Replacement Warranty does not apply if the damage is a result of “normal wear and tear” or if the item has been used other than for its intended purpose.
If any such defect or fault is discovered within the warranty period, Steamfast Australia will replace the product at no cost.
If you purchased your Steamfast unit within the last 2 years and have a copy of your receipt, you can take your proof of purchase and your unit back to the store you purchased it from, for replacement.
However, if you have purchased your Steamfast unit online via one of our Australian retail partners or via www.steamfast.com.au, please contact us at info@steamfast.com.au with a copy of your proof of purchase and a brief description of the fault you are experiencing. If videos or photos better explain the fault you are experiencing, please attach them to the email you send us too.
If you no longer have a copy of your receipt, please send us a picture of the silver compliance sticker on the base of your Steamfast unit. We will honour the 2-year replacement warranty from the date of manufacture listed on the sticker, should you have misplaced your proof of purchase.
Our friendly Consumer Care team will then provide one of the following options;
1. Replace the unit if it be deemed a factory fault and within warranty; or
2. Provide you with spare parts if they are available; or
3. Offer you a replacement item of the same or greater value in the case of out-of-stock or discontinued items.
